[Language Info] for upcoming OLP v0.0.8 release

Happy announcement:

Actually the game is in German and that will definitely remain the main language.
But to reach players who speak English, i decided to take up the english-translation again.

This is of course positive, but it postpones the release of v0.0.8 a bit.
Because:
I would like to catch up with the English translation up to v0.0.8 before the release.

In the beginning, the images will continue to be available "only in german",
until all renderings are adjusted.
This process will take a little bit more time. (Thanks for understanding)
For feedback and suggestions for improvement i am always available.

I also have another 14 things to do on my list, that are planned to be integrated or updated for v0.0.8.
The next [changelog] will also be available in English here on itchio.
