In version 0.0.11 it is finally possible to enter and investigate the Congress Center.
After entering the hall of the congress center through the ventilation shaft,
you first have to find a way through or over the barrier to get to the staff areas.

By searching the staff rooms you will not only find new items, such as a staff card.
This staff card allows you to explore and enter other areas, to find another
item, that will help you, to open one of the employee lockers.
